Instructions for ordering from the Soroptimist Store:

1. Online: This is the quickest way to order. Click here to view photos and descriptions of each product, choose the item(s) you want to order and enter payment (credit cards only) and shipping information. Shipping charges will be calculated at the end of the order. Please note that specialty or custom items such as name badges and panels for a road sign cannot be ordered online. To order these items, download the Special Order Form or phone in your order (see below). Special order items are manufactured outside of headquarters and may require additional time. They are shipped directly from the manufacturer, not SIA.
   
2. Fax or mail a completed Sales Order Form with payment. Please be sure to indicate a daytime phone number. Fax the form to 215-893-5200.
3. Phone: Call 215-893-9000 ext 134 from 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Eastern Time.

Sales Policies: No exchanges or credits will be made for items returned 60 days after the date of shipment. Prices are subject to change at any time.

Shipping Policies: Please allow up to four weeks for all orders to be shipped from headquarters. This means the order should be shipped out of SIA headquarters within four weeks of receipt of order. Need something faster than four weeks? We are not able to process same-day or overnight orders, but RUSH orders are available for an additional $25.00 USD plus UPS one-day air shipping fees. The order will be shipped within four business days of receipt of the order. All RUSH orders are subject to both the RUSH and UPS fees. No RUSH orders are available online. For fastest processing on RUSH orders, phone your order into the sales department.
